Cocktail Time

My grandparents used to drink martinis with cheese and crackers every day at 5 o'clock while they watched the news. I remember stealing nibbles when I went for visits. I'm convinced this underscores my fantasy of having a full-scale bar in the house. Perhaps with some pretty crystal decanterlights....

My Cup of Tea

I like my assam tippy, my green gen mai cha and my earl grey smokey with extra bergamot. I am a girl who loves her tea and I drink it year round, rain or shine. I've never been into coffee, so tea it is every morning, and I never object to a cup after dinner of before bed. Tea is refreshing and warming, and invariably soothing. Here's a little secret that my delightful husband discovered: it's the best tea purveyor on the eastern seaboard, and I strongly recommend....well everything I've ever tried.
